Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a generally nice stay at Mantra Port Sea, primarily due to its fantastic location and the great amenities available. The facilities were impressive, especially the three pools and the pool bar, but I was really disappointed by the limited hours of the pool bar and the lack of room service options. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were overshadowed by the musty smell in the hallways and room, which could definitely be improved.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and a lovely pool area. However, the service left much to be desired, with limited housekeeping and uncomfortable room conditions. The amenities were great, but the dining options were quite basic.
The hotel was quite an experience with basic accommodations that left much to be desired. While the one-bedroom superior room I stayed in was spacious and modern, offering a nice balcony view of the pool, the lack of certain amenities, like consistent Wi-Fi and proper breakfast options, made it less enjoyable. On the other hand, the pool area was a highlight, although the bar's early closing time was disappointing.
Overall, my stay was quite pleasant, thanks to the cozy rooms and the lovely pool area. The staff were friendly, but the breakfast got repetitive after a few days. I appreciate having a kitchenette in the room, but there are some maintenance issues that should be addressed, like cleanliness and furniture condition. Wi-Fi issues were also a hassle during my stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which was a perfect base for exploring the Barrier Reef. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the spacious pool area along with a decent breakfast. Although it was a bit of a trek to reach some amenities, the helpful staff made up for it. A minor drawback was the lack of a full restaurant on-site, but there were plenty of great dining options nearby.
